By accessing or using Mockupnest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our service.
Important: When you complete a purchase on Mockupnest, we automatically create a user account for you using the email address provided during checkout. This allows you to access your downloads, manage your subscription, and receive important updates.

Mockupnest offers subscription-based access to our mockup library with three plan options:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We use secure third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to handle all transactions. We never store your complete credit card information. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
As MockupNest provides instant-access digital products, refunds are generally not available once the files have been accessed or downloaded. Because our digital mockups and design assets are delivered immediately, we cannot reverse access once granted. However, we understand that technical issues can occur.
We offer a full refund if you experience a verified technical problem with your purchase (such as corrupted files, missing content, or compatibility issues) and report the issue within 14 days of purchase. To request assistance, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the technical error. Our support team will work to resolve the issue or process your refund if the problem cannot be corrected.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, accidental purchases, subscription renewals that were not cancelled before the billing date, or refund requests submitted after the 14-day eligibility period. Because MockupNest provides unlimited digital downloads, these conditions help protect our platform from refund abuse.

All mockup files, designs, graphics, and content on Mockupnest are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. We retain all rights to our original content. Your subscription grants you a license to use our mockups, not ownership of the files themselves.
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with or without notice. We're not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Upon termination, your access to downloads and premium features will cease.
Mockupnest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of Mockupnest after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
