Your browser uploads the image to our Cloudflare edge Worker which forwards it to BRIA RMBG 2.0 on GPU. Every request is signed with a 5-minute one-shot token, the source is discarded after processing, and the result is streamed straight back to your browser. Mockupnest never persists your images.

Yes. The model has been trained on a huge range of scenes, so it handles plain studio whites, cluttered indoor shots, outdoor backdrops, and gradients equally well. Lighting and contrast around the subject matter more than the background itself.
Soft shadows that touch the subject (contact shadows) are usually preserved as part of the alpha mask. Hard cast shadows on a separate surface are typically removed along with the background. If you need a precise shadow rule, drop the result into your editor and re-add a synthetic shadow.
